Soft fibromas, or papillomas, are benign, pedunculated skin lesions that can appear singly or in groups. They are usually skin-colored or slightly darker and commonly develop in areas where skin friction occurs. Diagnosis is made through a standard clinical examination, and the treatment of choice is removal via electrocautery.
